Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Returns and exchange

All sales are final; we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are available only for a size issue or a faulty product, must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and courier charges are paid by the customer, as set out in our exchange policy.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We make every effort to show colours accurately, but slight variation is possible.
